ROOT START: First Aid, Handling, Storage & Warranty

Mixing & Handling:Clean mixing & application equipment. Fill tank ¾ full with water; begin adding one input at a time. Use a proper mixing order (W.A.L.E.S.). Check mixture compatibility using a jar test prior to application.

Caution:Eye and skin contact may cause minimal irritation. Inhalation as dust in large quantities may cause irritation of the respiratory tract &/or coughing.

First Aid:IF IN EYES: Flush eyes with water. Call a physician if irritation persists. IF ON SKIN: Wash with water. Get medical attention if irritation persists. IF INHALED: remove victim to fresh air. If not breathing, give artificial respiration and get medical attention.

Precautionary Statement:Wear protective neoprene gloves, safety googles and face shield. Avoid contact with skin. Do not eat, drink or smoke when handling this product. Wash hands thoroughly after handling. Complete SDS available through Manufacturer.

Storage:Store in a well-ventilated, cool, dry place; keep container closed; do not add water or other material to the container. Store below 104º F (40º C) in a dry place to avoid glare & strong oxidants. Do not freeze.

Disposal:Dispose product in compliance with all federal, state and local laws.

Warranty:This product is manufactured by Plant Life Co. The manufacturer and seller warrants that the material conforms to the product description on the label and is reasonably fit for the purpose stated. Further, because of critical unforeseeable factors beyond the manufacturer’s and seller’s control which prevent them from eliminating all risks in connection with the use of fertilizers, the buyer and user acknowledge and assume all risks & liabilities resulting from handling.
